Training and Compliance


Genyane participates fully in the National Skills Development Initiatives and have secured services of SETA accredited Siyaya Skills Institute for regular training sessions.Employees go through various modules at various times to meet the ever changing industry challenges and to stay abreast of new and improved cleaning methods and techniques.

Every Genyane employee has to go through an induction course whereby we explain the purpose of the company; our objective and the scope of the work to be done.Our trained supervisors and operations manager continually do on-job training. Other internal Courses we offer our staff are customer care, interpersonal skills, personal protection based on occupational health and safety act, proper use of chemicals and equipment.

Payroll Admin is our software in administration, taxation and labour law issues. All our managers have been trained in these areas.

Health And Safety

Genyane Cleaning & Gardening Services has a Health & Safety programme in place which is encompassed in the Quality System.

Genyane also has a dedicated department that monitors and implements safety requirements and uphold safety legislature and internal safety procedures.

Chemical Requirements

All cleaning equipment, equipment repairs and maintenance are supplied and serviced by NCCA approved companies.

  • All disinfectants, neutral detergents, heavy duty degreasers, polishes are supplied with correct identification labels and are SABS approved.
  • We are especially proud of our commitment toward the preservation of our environment and therefore adhere to all environment requirements as per legislature.
